Days 1-2: Shanghai – A Magnificent Overture

Days 3-4: Hangzhou – The City of Heaven
Transportation: Travel from Shanghai to Hangzhou by high-speed train (approx. 1 hour).
Highlights: Take a boat cruise on the West Lake to admire classic sights like “Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon” and “Dawn on the Su Causeway.” Visit a Longjing tea plantation to taste authentic Longjing tea.
Days 5-6: Suzhou – The Elegant Rhythm of Gardens

Days 7-8: Wuzhen – Homes by the Water
Transportation: Travel from Suzhou to Wuzhen by car.
Highlights: An in-depth tour of the Wuzhen West Gate (Xizha) scenic area to experience the exquisite, uniformly managed water town. During the day, visit the Blue Calico Dyehouse and Mao Dun’s Former Residence. At night, enjoy the dreamlike night views of the ancient town.
